This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 12joker platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 12joker. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. 12joker reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice through the official website.
This platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of the country or region in which you reside.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 12joker platform. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. 12joker will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify us immediately.
You are not permitted to transfer, sell, lend, or disclose your account credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be considered your own unless there is strong evidence to the contrary.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 12joker platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Do not attempt to hack, manipulate, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems, software, or technical infrastructure.
- Not to use bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Not to spread false information, harmful content, or any unlawful material through the platform.
- Not to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity through your account.
- Not to attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the 12joker platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, and debit cards issued by local Malaysian banks. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at the platform management's discretion.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits are typically processed within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take varying lengths of time depending on the method chosen and identity verification requirements. 12joker reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or where unusual account activity is detected.
Deposits are non-refundable except under special circumstances as determined by 12joker. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processable.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the source of funds used for deposits is legitimate and free from any unlawful activity. 12joker reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where there are signs of money laundering.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Liability Limits
12joker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, cyberattacks, system failures, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 12joker makes no guarantees regarding continuous or error-free availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12joker platform — including design, logos, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 12joker or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any such content without prior written authorisation.
Account Suspension & Closure
12joker reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or for platform security reasons. In cases of legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The platform may contain references to third-party services. 12joker is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third parties. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. 12joker reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and changes will take effect upon publication on the official website.
